A quick rack, 8 inch front wheels adorning slick tyres.. I was thinking my steering might be a little heavy, an electronic power steering system courtesy of a 2002 Vauxhall Corsa will be employed to ease things up a touch.
This system is controlled by a powerful ECU that adjusts the amount of assistance the motor provides depending on the actual driving conditions.
Electrical Power Steering (EPS)
Systems' key components are the motor, control unit.
The motor has high reliability, high power, low noise/vibration, low loss
torque, and a small packaging size/weight.
The Super Silent Motor design achieves an incredible audible noise reduction.
